Delivery and installation
Every furnace, water heater, heat pump, water treatment and indoor air quality system we sell is delivered and installed by our licensed, TSSA-registered technicians. There is no separate shipping charge: delivery to your home is included in the installed price shown on each product page.
- Where we deliver: homes across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. See our service areas. If we can't serve your address, we'll contact you and refund your payment in full.
- When: after you order, we call to confirm your home's details and book your installation date. Same-day installation is often available in the GTA when you order early in the day, subject to availability.
- On installation day: we deliver the unit, install it, remove and haul away your old equipment, and test everything before we leave.
Filters, parts and accessories
Items sold without installation ship within Ontario. Any shipping cost and the delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Refund Policy for returns.
