How much does a whole-home water system cost installed?
Our whole-home water systems are installed from $1,695, including standard installation. Plumbing changes beyond a standard install are quoted before we start.
Do I need a softener or a filter?
A softener removes the hardness minerals that cause scale. A filter removes chlorine, chloramines, odours or metals. A hybrid system does both in one tank. We can test your water and recommend the right one.
Where is reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis purifies drinking water at one tap, so it has its own page: reverse osmosis systems.
Do I need a UV sterilizer on city water?
City water is already disinfected, so UV is mainly for well water. Some homeowners add it on city water for extra protection.
What maintenance is needed?
Add salt to a softener every few weeks, replace filter media as recommended for your system, and replace a UV lamp once a year.
